Screening/Testing
As you would imagine, facing an STI/STD can be very frightening for a young woman. What makes us different is that each young woman will be given a private appointment with a professional and caring nurse who will walk her through the process. CO's nurse will be there to answer her questions pre and post-test results.
Many STD/STIs do NOT have symptoms and therefore ChoiceOne offers:

ChoiceOne offers two types of counseling services Mentorship and Professional Counseling.
Mentors and advocates are staff and volunteers specially trained to help her navigate ChoiceOne's services and
walk with her during this time in her life.
